We purchase an undeveloped piece of property within the area designated for urban expansion or inside of established urban boundary. From there we prepare a preliminary plan of subdivision known as Draft Plan. The process begins with the application for draft plan approval from a local municipality. Regional, municipal and/or provincial reviews follow as part of this application as well as input from various agencies having jurisdiction over the property, or having interest in its development. Once a draft plan is approved with various conditions by the above noted agencies, the process begins to establish a plan of subdivision that requires satisfaction of the noted conditions and guarantees from the developer that these conditions will be fulfilled. This includes preparing various engineering and landscaping plans. The final stage is servicing the land and thus creating fully serviced building lots within the plan of subdivision or a plan of condominium. All our projects are located in Niagara Region.

Campden was established as a farming village in the early 18th century before the existence of railway traffic.
